Appointment
Appointment booking are strictly done via our website. Please book 2 to 3 months in advance to be assured of your preferred slot. We also accept walk-in but are subjected to availability.
Punctuality and Courtesy
Arriving late may interfere with your treatment. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed.
Please arrive on time, or 10 minutes prior to treatment as late arrival may reduce your treatment time. We hope you understand as we can’t keep others from waiting just as you wouldn’t like to be kept waiting.
Cancellations
We would greatly appreciate a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellation or change of appointment times although cancellation can be done online by yourself. This will allow other people to be able to take over the slot. If missed appointments/no shows occurs more than 2 times in a year, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.
Purchase of Retail Products
Beauty products must be paid for in full at time of purchase or ordering.
Price Adjustment
We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
Data Security
Personal details taken from clients during consultation will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.
Medical Conditions
Please inform your therapist of any medical condition, including pregnancy and injuries prior to treatments as some services may not be appropriate for you.
Mobile Phones
In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from talking on a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon.
Children
Please understand that we cannot accommodate children under 12 unless supervised by an adult during your treatment.
Hygiene
Salon Hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and as such we only use new sterilised disposable needles and disposable facial cloths for each client.
Payment
We only accept Cash or Paynow.
Personal Items
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging that you received it. All returns are to be done in the salon including those purchase online.
